One of the Hospitality Industries most exciting start-ups has just secured their second round of funding and are looking to double the size of their business over the coming 12 months. As part of their growth they are looking for a BA / Product Owner to join a highly dynamic Development team. Working in an Agile Environment with bi-weekly sprints, the position requires someone with an entrepreneurial mentality, who thrives on building great, user friendly products and enjoys learning new skills and technologies to ensure their products meet their client’s requirements.
The client provides a highly configurable SaaS platform to manage and increase direct bookings across Hotels and Restaurants. Their products have proved incredibly popular, driving direct bookings, increasing customer engagement and reducing spend on third party agencies.
As the Product Owner, you will work on a highly configurable product, understanding how to optimise, build and ensure the clients reaps the benefits of the product. The position will require you to be in Board Level meetings with some of the most prestigious Hospitality brands in the world. As the Product expert, you’ll scope requirements, document and work with the in-house development to customise the Product to blow our clients away.
As part of this position you must have:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience working on Web based products.
- Great experience of articulation business goals to Development teams and working with Dev teams to ensure success
- A passion for Agile and an interest in playing the role of Scrum Master as required.
- An interest in building products, exploring boundaries and exceeding customer expectations.
- A start-up mentality, happy to take on tasks and duties outside of their job description.
